Swan out on the wetland near Henricus, off the James River. The area was once part of the main body of the James River, but became separated from the main channel and is now kept more or less pristine as a reserve in the shadow of the large dominion power plant that dominates the area. Thousands of ducks winter in the area.

Working on government logos (not my design, but setting them up for a printing job) and decided to make a previously non-existent department materialize, at least enough to warrant a logo, so used outline art from a T-shirt project from years ago to be the center of this new agency's seal. .
